Used their service for air conditioner the summer of 2024. Came out and quickly resolved the issue for a fair price. Had problems with my heating on Dec 2 and it was the computerized app connected to the setup. changed the thermostat and the price was way over priced ( found the part on line for under $100 after the fact) They charged $480!!! plus the $125 service call. The tech was helpful and professional but to charge 4 times the cost for the part is ridicules. hyper inflated. A. Howell
