Very clean, staff is nice and professional.
I booked an entire room. I was contacted about 2 hours before the room was to start and told they had a family emergency and could not run the room and would get back to me when they returned. Completely understandable, however about a year later I have yet to receive my money back or been able to reschedule my room. I have tried to contact them many many times. They responded once telling me when they would re-open but never responded when I asked how to re-book my room or how to get a refund. I really don't like giving neg... read more
