I had an excellent experience purchasing my first travel trailer from Escape. Shawn gave me a video walkthrough and answered my many questions. Linda was incredibly helpful with selecting options and customizing my 21C, and Tanya was helpful with the payment process, and Trista helped the delivery process go smoothly. Our experience was far from satisfactory, as we discovered numerous defects and flaws in our trailer, which we attribute to the manufacturer. They tend to shift the blame onto us. This trailer is poorly constructed and lacks protection against lightning and thunderstorms, which poses a serious risk of fatality if struck. We observed that the components and accessories of the trailer are of very low quality, comparable to those of trailers that retail for $22,000 to $24,000 in the United States. We did not have a positive experience and found our trailer to have many defects and flaws caused by the trailer manufacturer, which they tend to blame us for. This is not a well built trailer. It’s not even protected under lightning and thunder storms which can cause you to die inside the trailer if struck. We found the components and accessories of the trailer to be of very low quality, equal to trailers that sell new for 22,000 -24,000 in America.
