I wish I could review them better. I really, really wanted to love this company but a series of lackluster customer service & craftsmanship issues have made it not so. It really started to go downhill with their financing department. We’re self employed - which we made very clear. We had to get a hard approval before they would send our trailer to production, so in January they ran a hard pull on our credit, we were approved given our financing terms and the trailer was “sent to production”. We are thrilled with our Escape Trailer camper. While seemingly a massive endeavor, the process of picking out the right camper, going through the build sheet, receiving the camper etc turned out to be simply "fun". We have been camper owners for about 25 years and our new Escape just feels right.

Picked up our new 19 in April and spent 3 weeks on the road and now preparing for another 6 weeks on the road. We love our 19. It is the perfect size for us and the bed is surprising comfortable. Everything works well. On our way home we did hit a lot of cold and rainy weather and the heater worked like a charm and no leakage at all. The Escape folks have been so very helpful from the day we called to inquire, to building, and picking up.
