I've owned my Escape 5.0TA camper for 3 years and Escape Trailer Industries always goes above and beyond in their after sales customer service. I have completed numerous modifications to my trailer, several of which required parts and advice from the folks at Escape. I recently asked for and received a digital file of one of their logos and had decals made for the new center caps for my new alloy rims I am installing on the camper. We just purchased a new 5.0 and haven't gotten to go camping just yet, but the entire purchase process was smooth and very well done. Getting back and forth across the border with the old Escape and bringing the new one into the US went very smoothly. Will add more as we get to use the trailer.
This business is not registered w/the Better Business Bureau of BC! They will use all sorts of trickery to fool you about warranty/them being accountable. Many of the reviews are most likely made by their Ambassadors. Our experience was far from satisfactory, as we discovered numerous defects & flaws in our trailer, which we attribute to the manufacturer. I stumbled on this company by accident. I was researching light weight Travel Trailers that I could tow with my Honda Pilot. I saw a video posted by MD Adventures on Youtube, which lead me to research Escape, Casita and Scamp.
