My friend and I booked a massage here for Saturday evening and we stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes and no one came. The wait unfortunately cut into our service. Not only that by the time we were ushered to the back to change the lockers were not working which took another 5 to 10 min wait cutting into our service. The limited amenities, including a single hot tub, shower, ice bucket, and sauna, were deemed inadequate.
