We got a couples massage for our anniversary and everything was wonderful. The staff was so kind. The space was beautifully decorated. The amenities really make this place a standout! Massages come with complimentary access to their Jacuzzi and sauna. They thought through every detail from a sweet note wishing us a happy anniversary to a free glass of champagne. An excellent experience and will be back!
The first time I came here the experience was 10/10 . That was earlier this year . I came today because I booked a $250 massage and was charged $300 for a 90 min massage which was an amazing but I’m also more than sure it was only 60-75 mins . When I brought this to the receptionist at the desk she basically told me I was late(I was ten minutes early) and that’s why I didn’t get my full massage and after I paid and walked out her and the other ladies at the desk laughed at me. I won’t be back in highly disappointed
I throughly enjoyed my experience at Escape. The Customer service , atmosphere and my body massage from Asja was the best I ever had ! It was definitely worth the 1 hour drive and I will be back !
