As a gift to my daughter for her birthday, I scheduled an appointmatt. However, forever I ended up having to cancel the appointment. Because of a medical issue, I received superb customer service from the manager. She was very concerned about my daughter's medical issue. She quickly offered a refund of my deposit.. From the moment I arrived it was such a pleasurable experience! I originally booked for a healing stone 60 min massage, but about 30 minutes into it I had to increase it to 90 because it was just that GOOD! My massage therapist was Namika and what a true gem she is! She spoke life into me both before and after my services and it was everything I needed and then some. I thoroughly enjoy every visit to Escape Spa. Even though I travel about an hour to get there, it’s absolutely worth the trip. The ambiance is peaceful, clean, and truly sets the tone for relaxation.
