The owner behaved in a way that felt emotionally volatile and unprofessional. I witnessed Lebrina stand over another woman, yelled at them, called them names, and even began crying during the confrontation. It created a very uncomfortable and intimidating impression. Whatever may be going on personally, this is not appropriate behavior from someone running a business. I ultimately departed feeling that something was seriously wrong with how the situation was handled, and I would not recommend this spa based on my experience.
I booked a full body massage for my 25th birthday and had such a wonderful experience! Ms. Namika was so gentle and professional. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable as it was my first time getting a massage. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a restorative, relaxing massage! Oh my goodness! What an amazing experience I had at Escape Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. My massage therapist, Nirva, was absolutely wonderful. She had such a calming presence, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and maintained the perfect amount of pressure throughout the entire 90-minute massage.
