This place is very beautiful and a bit pricey to have a strict phone policy. That being said with that policy enforced you would think they would let you know beforehand. It was my birthday and I wanted to record and have some special moments for myself. I was told I couldn’t have my phone. I must add she was very rude as well. My overall experience, from the moment I did the walkthrough, was great. I was a bit confused when I asked if I could take a picture of my wellness shot that was given to me at the front desk, because if I remember correctly, the guidelines I signed stated that phones were not allowed in the back area where other guests would be. My husband and I visited Escape Spa for our wedding anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. Every detail was taken into consideration—from the cleanliness to the friendly, professional staff. We both had incredible massage therapists, Shantrice and Namika, and can honestly say these were the best massages we’ve ever had. The price was worth every penny, and we will definitely be back.
