The trim itself came out fine and my ends do look healthier, but overall the experience was disappointing. My appointment was at 12:00 and I wasn’t seated until around 12:20 because another client was still being finished. The haircut itself only took about 10–15 minutes, no wash or shampoo was provided, yet I was still charged $35 even though the website lists haircuts starting at $30 with wash and shampoo included. Holly is the best! Not only does she do a fantastic job on hair coloring but she is great and very personable!
