A disappointing service experience, we requested tyre rotation to include the spare, it wasn’t done. The hinges on toolbox at front were not greased. The toilet canister that was water filled for testing wasn’t emptied. The floor had black boot prints, and the service was extremely expensive, compared with other service providers.
My first review gave 5 stars. Lesson learned there. NEVER give a review or pay the final amount owing BEFORE you see the end product. The after sales service has been disappointing, to say the least! The collection/handover was a nightmare, and many issues are still unresolved. Today I asked for a manager to contact me. I spent alot of money here and sadly after paying another company to servive the van we found out the air-conditioner wasn't bolted to the roof, the windows are part of a national recall, the Chassis was dama... read more
