I can’t believe I never left a review after our first rental experience! Firstly, Kym has always been super responsive. There was an ownership change before our rental and we missed communication that the RV we had booked was no longer in the fleet. I was really stressed and upset because we were traveling with a newborn and my parents who are in their late 70s. However, my husband called and the owner went wayyyy above and beyond to help us. Recently enjoyed our third stay in an Escape RV. Our camper was exactly as advertised, clean and delivered as arranged. We had a small issue (operator error) on our third day. They answered my call immediately and the owner came out to address the issue. While there, he noticed that our RV could have been positioned in our site differently to offer us more room. He offered to do it the next day while we were at the parks as to not interrupt our vacation. Just overall outstanding service!
From help with selecting the perfect RV to communication before during and after stay, the employees and staff were nothing short of amazing. Have rented from other companies before and Escape is heads and tails above all others.
xtremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend to Families I rarely write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn other families—especially those traveling with young children. If you can rent from another place DO IT! We used them for our RV rental for Disneys Fort Wilderness. They do not have good customer service if you have any issues. They make you feel like you are the problem if you need something corrected. The griddle was not clean and disgusting from the previous guest. The grease trap was filled to the brim so they clearly didnt do a pre-booking check before they delivered it.
