2025 update: Tried to give them a second try and I will never rent from here again. Bottom line, they only care about the money and not actually painting anything. Decided to try this company again and rent two trailers Figment and Leota. Figment was delivered with no gas which meant no cooking as it took them over 4 hours to actually come back with gas after they said they would be right back. Stayed in Baymax and loved it! The RV was extremely clean and fit a family of 6 perfectly.
What stood out to me was how genuinely kind everyone was. The RV itself was immaculate, but especially their team just had calm, and helpful attitude.
The RV looked brand new inside with spotless floors, clean bathroom, and a fridge that was already chilled. We didn’t have to lift a finger even. It made the Disney stay incredibly comfortable.
What a great experience! Escape RV handled everything, we just showed up with our bags. They were also very responsive to all questions/concerns. I would highly recommend them if you want to come to Fort Wilderness and enjoy the outdoors without the headache of the setup or maintenance. We’ve already booked again for next year!
