Brought my truck in for a service brake message, they said they could fix it. 3hrs into dropping it off, the truck wouldn’t start when they brought it in their shop. Took them 2 days to get a scanner on it. They never said it was gonna be a mobile mechanic or that I was gonna be charged or that they were even changing the part. Said the ignition switch was bad. We just bought our 2016 Silverback through Escape Powersport Plus and had an awesome experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and truly made us feel like family. The transaction was incredibly smooth, and they walked us through every detail and did a great demo of the camper. Highly recommend!
