Logan is incredible! Knowledgable and fixed the problem on the spot. I can’t say enough about this company not trying to oversell. They get the job done plain and simple! Worth every penny. I will recommend this company to my family and friends. I am posting this in our community Facebook group at Talon Preserve as well to let the community know we have a company that genuinely cares about the work that they provide. We've used a few pool companies since we moved here about 5 years ago, but Escape Pools is by far the best. We started using them for equipment repairs/replacements, and we now also use them for cleaning. They are incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced and very responsive. It's great to have one company to reply on for cleaning, maintenance and any required repairs. Laura and Logan are awesome - we highly recommend!
Hands down this is the best company to take care of your pool and heater services. The communication with them is awesome and I recommend them out of many vendors as I have worked in the business of managing, condominiums, HOA and apartments. Escape can handle your pool needs. We hired Escape pools to resurface our pool in our community. Not only did they do a beautiful job but they showed up everyday, even worked Saturday to finish the project. The owner was easy to work with and checked in with us often to give us updates and answer any questions. The project was done on time they promised, the owner was super knowledgeable about all of our equipment and went over and above to help us. I would definitely hire this company again. Thank you Logan! Thank you Laura! And all the other hard workers.
