We have had issues since the installation. The design was very nice, and the price reasonable, however the attention to detail was terrible. Symmetrical plantings were not measured and there are visible differences between the sides. We paid for irrigation to be installed and rerouted and ended up killing our plants by over-watering them. We gave them ample opportunity to fix the system but had to hire another landscaper to fix the issues with the irrigation. I’m so happy we chose to go with Escape Outdoor Design. Elise, Bandito & her team are amazing! I’m thrilled she was able to bring my initial idea to life and on a whole new level. Highly recommend!!!
Used Escape Outdoor Design for landscaping around pool. Going into our 2nd spring since install and everything looks healthy and is thriving. The quality of the plants is outstanding. Elise loves plants and it shows. She is honest about what will and won’t do well in our climate. Everything she has planted for us looks great and has survived the freeze! Will continue to use her for all landscaping needs.
