I've been to many nail salons in the area, and I like this place the best so far. I've gone twice now and both times I had a good experience. The facilities are clean, the people are friendly and speak good english. I had Stephanie the last time and she was very nice and gave a great pedicure and manicure! Will never go to this place again. They placed the wrong amount on a gift card for their Pretty Woman Package and cheated me out of $185.00. Issue is still not resolved after 6 weeks. They ignore phone calls and do not get back to me EVER. Only 1 person knows how to work their computer system and he is never there. Poor customer service is all I have to say.
