I have been a member there for three years. I called George on June 2nd to cancel my membership due to the fact my therapist had quit and the new one kept changing my appointments. He said nothing about a contract for thirty days notice to cancel. I informed him he had broken his contract due to the fact they were charging 5 dollars more for justin. There is no where I. Arrived for the first time to front desk people loudly complaining about a particular customer. Much chattering in front room while i'm doing paperwork. Two therapists sitting on couch waiting for clients chatting away. I thought they were clients. So the whole atmosphere was not relaxing in the slightest. There is a "transition room" you can go into to relax before your session...but it is the first room that all other clients go past to get to their massage room.
