Love it love it love it, the Escape Lounge starring Miss Giovanna. Wanted to take her with us to Italy. What an absolute gem. Thank you again for a memorable visit. Will definitely be coming through again and again. 9/5/2025
9/8/25 SMF Terminal A The younger members of the staff, all of them, were acting like it’s a house party. Whooping and hollering from the employee area. The older (50s) gentleman was the only one working and engaging with customers. He should be commended. The others should be fired. They are totally unprofessional. I have never experienced this bad a staff in any airport lounge. Abysmal. Way too loud and obnoxious, all from the younger employees.
Darius is kind, attentive, and makes a great cocktail.
