First time visiting this location and I was wildly impressed with Scott the bartender. He was super cordial, friendly, and caring himself as a very inviting presence for someone like myself who was traveling alone. I will be back in Phoenix next month and will be coming back to this location no doubt about it!
This is a nice hidden gem of a lounge, offering often more benefits than its neighbor, the Centurion lounge. The bartenders (Scotty, Brayden, Terrance) are always friendly and Saldo is a great wine option. However, the lack of proper stemware/glassware really lowers the quality of this lounge as compared to other Amex/Centurion lounges, Capital One lounges, and Chase lounges.
Great experience and spot to get some last minute work done before my flight. Chrisline was incredible and got us in quickly and had the best energy!

Scottie made some mean drinks for us. Great atmosphere, relaxing, much better than hanging out in the madness stairs. Will be back to chill with this man soon.
