Nice gym and equipment.
This place used to be great but now the customer service is horrible. Every night I go there the girl at front desk plays with his phone all the time. Also their cleaning station is out of stock and nobody replaced it. I hope the management team will improve it.
Six months ago I couldn't put my left shoe on standing up and and was constantly plagued by small injuries from lifting and running and doing races. Now I'm in my 40s I figured, welp that's it, welcome to middle age.. all downhill from here. Think again! When I go on vacation or travel for work or miss a week or two for any reason I feel the old injuries creeping back. I can hold it off by simulating the workouts but always desperate to get the real thing again. Thanks Mike and Rich and team for resetting the clock for me!
