I booked in for their signature package worth over $300. I didn't receive half of what was included and when I followed up the following week I was told that next time I booked a treatment I would receive the rest of the package so in other words, I needed to spend more money to get what I had already paid for. When I questioned this, I didn't hear back. Terrible management, total rip off. Really disappointment!
Wonederful staff, great service
The very expensive package i bought for my birthday was a let down. The treatments i received were done half heartedly and i did not walk away feeling relaxed, rather that i had wasted time and money.
