I have been attending this business for a while now (around a couple of years), and I have a range of services from here. The staff are always friendly and always puts me at ease attending. I do not attend anywhere else. I always try to book with the same couple of people who work there as they make me feel as if we are friends having a chat. I have been to OTHER businesses where I was ignored, spoken over and/or treated poorly but definitely do not get that from Escape Beauty.

Vouchers that only last 6 months and are now no longer available. No customer choice of day for treatment because there's only 2 staff members. Rude attitude and indifference to any kind of customer service. Cancelled my wife's booking as she doesn't feel comfortable going back. Seems like they're circling the drain. The voucher was valid for only 6 months, I came in personally to ask if it could be honoured and after a while of hanging around it was.
