Amazing service. Brett was very knowledgeable and just a straight up nice guy. He was able to rethread a stripped axle and nuts. I cant believe he made it work. He blew my mind. I tried for days. Also he doesn't care what brand ebike u have, he is willing to take a look at it. Most shops refuse if its not there brand. Did I mention his prices are way better than the other places. Im glad I meant Brett my new ebike mechanic.

Brett is a very professional and pleasant guy. Was very accommodating and fixed my Electric Scooter problem quickly and at a very reasonably price. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Brett. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and a really nice person who reached out to help me solve a problem with my EBike. He really knows his stuff and I believe he’s a guy you can trust. If you’re looking to purchase or to get something repaired, Brett is the guy to see. He recently replaced the spokes on the rear wheel of my Ebike. He also checked over the entire bike including brakes and I couldn't be happier. What a pleasure it is to work with someone with his professional experien... read more

I drove over an hour to put my bike in Brett’s very capable hands. I could have taken it to Madison, Baraboo or Arlington but did not feel secure after visiting the locations. My bike and I travel between 15-25 miles a day and the need to feel safe means a great deal to me. Thank you so much for taking care of my bike and me in a week’s time and... read more
