Today was the last straw. I’ve been a patient at this practice for a few years. I’ve visited the doctor for chronic migraines. The dr. is aware I’m the sole caregiver for my father. I’ve had to see her virtually at times to accommodate my availability. I took off from work today to fit in an appointment with her and I had a morning appointment with my dad at one of his drs. When calling the office, you are placed on hold for an extended amount of time. Had to hang up and call again. Answering service is unprofessional.
