One elderly black woman works here. Impossible to get waited on.
I pay my bill on time every month and never complain. Erec sprayed my great grandmother's bush that has never been in their way or on their pole. They also sprayed my flowers under my tree and sprayed my fence line and killed my grape vine that isn't and will never touch their line. Come clean your mess up that yall left me that never needed spraying in the first place.
The customer service could use some help when calling in. Definitely wasn’t very nice when calling in and speaking to the Member Service Representative.
All are so polite an were never hardly out of power.
