The customer service could use some help when calling in. Definitely wasn’t very nice when calling in and speaking to the Member Service Representative.
All are so polite an were never hardly out of power.
If there’s one thing I can count on it’s that if there’s a light storm, my power will go out, usually for multiple hours. In the last 3 years I’ve had more power outages than I have the entire rest of my life previously.
The anti solar company with bogus (solar recovery)fees from Power South. Over $40 monthly tax just to have my system operate. Shameful discrimination. We will fight this!!
