I’m not sure where to start other than the shock of how we were treated from the very second we walked in the door! The gentlemen that helped us would not “waste his time” to write us a cash review for damage of the car and after we left we felt like we were being scolded for someone hitting us at a red light. After getting back into my car we decided to go else where because we knew proceeding with them would be a “damaging” decision!!

I would advise others to be cautious with this business. I visited them for damage repair and was immediately told that I should file an insurance claim because the cost would be more than $10,000 and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete. I later received quotes from other shops for around $2,000, and the repair time was estimated at about four hours instead of several days. I wasn’t fooled by what they were trying to do — I called out the situation immediately, because it was obvious to me what was happening.

They are experts at scamming you! I had 3 little dents needing to be fixed. The 1 using insurance is going to take 3 weeks and it sound like they'er replacing more than what it needed. For 2 small dents (like hail damage), they 1st quoted repainting the whole panel for $1800, then said they could bump them out for $600. Seems like this should be just a few hundred tops. Then, they refused to buff out some scratches and would only repaint the side of the car for $7k. Just seems the goal of this business is to rip you off. Aft... read more
