My wife's 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe developed an issue where the window glass in the right passenger door would no longer raise or lower. Apparently, the window regulator system had failed and needed to be replaced. We elected to have the fellas at Escalon Auto Glass remove the old regulator assembly and install a new unit that I purchased separately from Rock Auto. Ron not only fixed my broken window switches and lock at an excellent price, but he also fixed my mirror and the weather strip falling off of my truck without me asking and free of charge. The lock also ended up being a bigger issue than originally anticipated and took more time, but he still honored his original quote given to me. He communicated with me through the whole process and really made me feel like I’m a priority. Definitely coming back for all of my glass related problems.

As a business owner I found this experience extremely refreshing. Not only is escalon auto glass on point with professionalism. They don't cut corners and use manufacturer grade materials.
