Ron is the best to request for Auto glass windshield replacement, he is a very cool and down to earth guy who has great customer service and is compassionate about how job. Please give Ron a raise because he is so sweet that he even installed my brothers mirror from his mustang to my car and even gave me tips as far as what parts I would need for my car to bolt down my hood for the mean time till I replace it. Ron created a custom tempered piece of glass for my RV. 1. He picked up the glass / frame assembly so I didn't have to travel to his shop. 2. He finished the job in the time frame quoted. 3. He dropped the finished assembly off at my work, on the way to another job. Communication was always clear, he was always on time and the finished product is great! My wife's 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe developed an issue where the window glass in the right passenger door would no longer raise or lower. Apparently, the window regulator system had failed and needed to be replaced. We elected to have the fellas at Escalon Auto Glass remove the old regulator assembly and install a new unit that I purchased separately from Rock Auto. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. Willing to work with my schedule and come to my home to replace my windshield. Everything looked clean and in order before they left.
