They are asshats. Rude and unprofessional.
This place is a damn joke! They call. I call. It's been going on for 6 months because they haven't sent me a bill for that long. A very condescending woman by the name of Serena decides to tell me they won't send me a bill unless I make payment arrangments...let us evaluate that statement. What a joke. I never got a bill from the DR, just calls from them. When I asked for a bill they sent me a screen shot of their system. That is not a bill. Then they placed a negative mark on my credit, without EVER sending me a bill. I called them to get a bill, she told me my EOB was my bill, that INSURANCE document specifically states THIS IS NOT A BILL, and the amount YOU MAY OWE YOUR PROVIDER. I used to have what is called a "thin file" because I have never applied for credit with anything. Then one day I checked my credit report and it says I owe something called Escallate $512.00. Which made my credit go from thin to poor. Every time I call, I get no answer. How does this business stay open?
