These folks are great. Needed to warranty a product and they were speedy with response and helping me out!
Great customer service. I reported a problem with a Joyce Chen bamboo steamer basket and Kitchen Supply quickly arranged a warranty replacement. Communication was clear throughout the process and the replacement arrived in under two weeks. Very easy to work with.
We contacted customer service when our Escali bathroom scale began to give erratic readings. They replied to our email within an hour and dispatched a new scale the same day. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with.
Escali makes excellent scales of all sorts including kitchen and bathroom. Escali is the only brand we use these days. Super important - they also have superb customer service to answer questions and to help if something goes wrong with a scale. Many, if not all, scales have a lifetime warranty. If the scale breaks, it will be replaced. Very highly recommended!
I had a several years old Maverick Pro 4 probe digital thermometer that I used many times on my smoker. As the probes were getting old, I decided to replace them by purchasing new ones. To my surprise, Escali generously went ahead and replaced my entire system free of charge! Very generous. Bob Beran Austin TX
