I looked at the bottom of my Escali scale and saw that two of the rubber feet were missing. When I contacted Escali customer service, they responded in one day and told me they had shipped my replacements! I wish all companies had this kind of customer service. It restores my faith in quality products.

Amazing customer service, I highly recommend Escali! I had their kitchen scale for years (loved it), and when it randomly died on me, the lovely people at Escali replaced it for me with no fuss! They even shipped it to me abroad. Thank you Escali!

I have had my Escali Tabla Stainless Steel Scale for over a year and I am very happy with it! I use it every day and it hasn’t failed me. I tried another less expensive brand before this and it didn’t hold up compared to yours.

My Escali scale started showing an error intermittently. I contacted customer support and sent them info re: the error. They promptly sent me a replacement unit. Greatly appreciate a manufacturer standing behind their product.
