Loved Escali! Probes of my meat thermometer no longer worked. After some research, I stumbled upon Escali. They provided excellent service and provided a probe free of charge. I will definitely be looking for them for my next kitchen equipment purchase.
Amazingly quick and outstanding response. I had a scale that I absolutely loved for six to seven months. It suddenly malfunctioned. I contacted the company to see if there was a way to fix it. Instead they replaced the unit and it is on its way to me … all within three days of my initial contact. THAT’s the way to deal with customers. No runaround or delay. Bravo!
Escali is an awesome food scale company. Easy to work with when doing a warranty issue
After several bad experiences with cheaper scales (display turning off in the middle of weighing), I eventually bought some Escali Primo scales via Amazon US. Just out of Amazon's return period, I realised that there must be a fault with mine, as the AA batteries kept draining very quickly, despite the scales being turned off and stored correctly between uses. My escali kitchen scale is great. Unlike my previous scale, it doesn't die if it gets some water splashed on it. The customer service of this company is fantastic. One of the rubber feet on my scale came off and I emailed them for a replacement and they quickly responded that they are sending replacements in the mail.
