Escali makes excellent scales of all sorts including kitchen and bathroom. Escali is the only brand we use these days. Super important - they also have superb customer service to answer questions and to help if something goes wrong with a scale. Many, if not all, scales have a lifetime warranty. If the scale breaks, it will be replaced. Very highly recommended!

I had a several years old Maverick Pro 4 probe digital thermometer that I used many times on my smoker. As the probes were getting old, I decided to replace them by purchasing new ones. To my surprise, Escali generously went ahead and replaced my entire system free of charge! Very generous. Bob Beran Austin TX

We had a wonderful experience with Excali. We purchased an item that did not work. We contacted the place where we purchased said item. They recommended that we contact Excali their supplier who had good customer support. We did and they were! They asked for a few photos. They then replaced the item, which was shipped promptly. We are very satisfied with them and the product. Thank you for your support.

Our old Escali kitchen scale gave out after many years. Without much hope, I submitted a "lifetime warranty" claim (with a copy of the purchase receipt and a picture of the old scale). Much to my surprise and pleasure, a new scale was shipped within a week of my claim submission. This is truly superior customer service! Highly recommended!
