Front desk girls are great! I have not found a place where I absolutely love my doctors til here! Dr Gray and Dr Juniper were absolutely amazing, I recommended so many people to go to them two specifically. However, they both moved to different locations and I was told I’d get a different provider. I ended up getting Vanessa Aulet. Her demeanor is so blunt and rude. She seems like she is only there for her paycheck and doesn’t care about her patients which is really sad and discouraging
Therapists aren't that good and just go on vacations when someone needs the services. Very unfortunate that they don't understand anything I'm going through and are judgemental. Not very good quality of therapists.

Dan Carter at Escalera is the best! He really saved my life. Emily Ichikawa did not notify me she was leaving Escalera. I had a few labs with blood in my urine, no big deal. Everyone of the old providers left. Did not let us know anything. Dan Carter was assigned to me and it has been life changing. He listens and is not afraid to act. After seeing irregular labs he prepared me for the worst. I had my kidney removed and the cancer was contained within it. Im cancer free and here today because of Dan Carter. This is a warning to others to not use Escalera Healthcare. The providers make multiple mistakes on ordering medications and it has turned into a dangerous situation. The entire office is poorly ran where no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. I’m switching providers. You have been warned.
