Atrocious customer service for good products. Customer service stated I needed to purchase an entirely new $210 plus tax Goalrilla basketball hoop light system when I asked them to sell me the likely $30 led light broke during a storm. I tried to take the high route and speak to their supervisor for resolution, but waited on hold for an extended period with no answer. Is $180 worth creating an angry customer?
Stiga Ping Pong table! I wish I could give negative stars! BUY IT FROM AMAZON!! They need to learn how to run business. Such a horrible customer service. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I bought a few pickleball paddles from their ONIX brand and they are awesome and enhanced my game. Would highly recommend any of Escalades products
