My Mac was broken so I wasn't able to look online or view emails other then on my phone. Even so Fernando was very patient, he did most to all of the work. The only thing I really had to do was answer questions and select a plan. The service was excellent.

I Missed a payment on my daughters health insurance and it was canceled I got Fernando's number from my insurance agent and with one phone call Fernando got everything bAck in line and saved my life with out Fernando 's help I'd be waiting until next year for coveridge
