I ran into Fernando by mere chance and i am glad that i did. i was unable to find any reasonable/competent cpa but just by talking for 15 minutes in my first meeting, Fernando proved himself to be very competent financial professional who completely understood my needs and urgency to file the returns on time despite of the fact that he was already working round the clock. For that reason i believe he deserve 5 stars ( i wish there was another star)...
