We've used ESC PROS a couple times now and they have always done a great job for us. We usually give them a call when we have any issues and they come by as quickly as possible to give us a quote. They always arrive on time and make sure to not leave out any details when it comes to doing the job. Very professional and knowledgeable group of employees that make sure you're taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to others and will continue to use their great service.

My phone call to ESC PROS was necessary because my residence lost power for 3 days after our power outage. The backup battery in the system died. Dennis was extremely helpful and suggested that I upgrade the system to a digital model, rather than spend the money on a replacement battery. He then gave me the option of further upgrading to the broadband monitoring. When I explained that I was not interested in this option, there was no further pressure of a sales pitch!
