This company needs NEGATIVE stars. It's possible that my elevator needed the parts that I paid for, but they were installed incorrectly. The elevator made horrible screeching noises that ESC said was just the way it is. In addition, they charged me for 2 more service calls to correct the more egregious problems--such as the elevator not moving--that were caused by their 'repair.' DO NOT USE this company. They are dishonest. Sold me parts that just broke down twice. Two other elevator companies inspected the work afterward and independently agreed that we were misled. The owner is a great salesperson and then unresponsive and dismissive to my requests to address the issues.
