I loved Esby and own several quality, well-loved pieces of clothing from them. My husband ordered me a shirt for my birthday in a fall preorder nearly a year ago. Despite repeated outreach, we never received that garment. We recently found out about all the allegations against Esby and being evicted from their retail store and I am so upset on behalf of all of the people who they have deceived and failed to pay or fulfill orders. Don’t bother with these folks.
I paid over $300 for a pre order IN MARCH, they ghosted me after promising to give me a refund. They suck.
This business deserves no stars but that's not an option. I paid $600 cdn for a pre-order that never arrived. For awhile I received email replies to my inquires saying they are working on it then website down and emails bouncing back. I'm out $600. Do not do business with anything involving Stephanie Beard.
send refunds for the items you never delivered on, please. really shameful business practices.
Let me start by saying I have been a faithful customer since I began buying clothes from Esby. The Esby clothing that I have are some of my favorite items in my closet. I was ok about pre ordering items since I knew they were a small business. Initially preordering worked out & I was very happy with their products. Their clothes were beautiful, well made, & stylish.
