My dad has been going there for yrs!!!!! The Dr is great. Office management and staff is horrible.. can't get ahold of them, they don't call back. Super rude and always rushes you off the phone my dad had been in and out of Methodist Willowbrook since November til now Jan and havent even been able to make a follow up appt. RIDICULOUS
The staff is very professional and Friendly. Dr Esantia really provides great medical and care of my husband.
My experience with this team, is priceless. I love Sofia,Rubie,& Megan.There professional attitude is awesome. I feel like apart of the team. They make you feel that way.and respect for me, in any situation that I present to the team.Quick phone call return from them. I would recommend the experience with them and I promise you won’t regret it. Dr. Esantsi is amazing not one word can I give him. Because he knows a lot about a lot of medical care.
