My kids love to see Dr Ismail. He's definitely got a talent with children and is by far the best eye Dr in my book. We will always go to Dr Ismail!!

Dr. Ismail is an excellent optometrist, with a God given gift to interact & treat children. He has a very calm & easygoing nature, & answers any questions or concerns. His office staff has proven over the last couple of years to be a disappintment, & that is putting it mildly. I will continue to take my children to Dr. Ismail for Rx's, problems or routine check ups, but will not be punishing them by the constant lies, forgetfulness, & incompetency of the staff. We'll get our glasses elsewhere.

Do you feel like this provider's office is well staffed? Definitely Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Definitely Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Absolutely Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? Yes

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
