Snowblower Tune Up Hey...try smiling to the guys... Be polite to them right off the bat. I had no difficulty with them, I did a HI! How ya' doin'? And smiled to the guy. NO Problem.... Be more courteous!! It's up to you, they did not look 'down' at me at all. Be more upbeat!! Anyway they did a Super Tune Up on my old Toro Snowblower!!
CCR 2000 owner They are the best small engine repair around. It's a lawn mower repair shop people, not a Hilton resort! You want good counter service go to McDonalds!! I think their attitude is hilarious. Especially if you've ever seen the signs they have on the walls. Always gives me a chuckle. I've always had a good experience when I take my stuff there and will keep doing it. Try to get your blower in to them before it snows, you might not get the same attitude!
D- Very arrogant counter help at ESA, very patronizing, and they talk down on you and look down on you. I would not ever bring anything there to have repaired again. They are not worth it.
Would Not Recommend We took a snow blower into this company for repair. They were very patronizing talking down to both my husband and myself. I will not go back there.
