Fun motivating classes with very knowledgeable instructors! Great way to get out of my comfort zone and push my limits!
For the past two years I have been attending aerial gymnastics classes at Elite Sports Academy. The instructors are very skilled and amazingly patient. When my daughter is in town we schedule semi-private lessons. We are not typical students as my daughter is over 40 and I am over 70. Aerial is a wonderful way to get exercise and have fun.
Great program, teachers are fun and helpful. My kids are learning a lot,im impressed with how much strength and agility they have developed
Absolutely loved my classes with Vivianne. She's an amazing instructor, explains things well and is easy to work with. I enjoy doing both the silks and the Lyra. Great program!
