Gate guard when I check in was rude , attitude younger lady drop t license on the ground saying I don’t need that when signs say need license. Even after sitting in traffic on 81 for 1.5 hours, I still arrived an hour before my appointment time. It was 2 hours of sitting before receiving a door. Now I have been at their dock for almost 4 hours on top of that 2. It is sad when a company shows so little respect for the time and effort that drivers put in to bring them their products. Sure we are paid to deliver those products, but that doesn't mean we should be made to be here for an excessive amount of time. Especially, when there are appointment times.
