If first time here, let them know about it, they will give you all the info that needed My appointment was at 7pm, came at 5:30pm by the advise given in one of previous reviews to come at list 2h not more prior the appointment time. At 6:40pm received a docking door, followed all instructions that were given. Got out completely out the door at 11:15pm, which is a normal timing for a company like this, for me this is usual.
