Worst place they just wasted my time. I have 12 pm appointment got here at 11 and I’m still here 6 hours later. And they expect me to delivery this load tomorrow 7 am to Georgia
Yard guys and gate guys are great but benn sitting here six hours and still not loaded
Hit or miss here, not going to lie. At times the drivers get stuck for 3-4 hrs, other deliveries are in and out before the appt time. It all depends on a workload for the day. Today 10am delivery in at 0800 out at 0954. Full truckload
Long wait time, but that’s really no big deal. My only complaint about this place is the security guard with the pink or purple hair was extremely rude. She got really mad and had a bad attitude just because I went to the wrong lane to check in. I had never been here before so I just picked an open lane like any other driver would do. She seriously needs to work on her attitude because it was crap.
Avoid this place at all costs. My appointment was 5:00 PM, I arrived at 3:00 PM, and it’s now past 8:00 PM still waiting for a dock. No fairness, no system, no respect for drivers’ time. A complete waste of hours. I’m very very sorry to give you one star
