Friendly and informational owner. I did not feel like I was being toyed with or pushed while looking at a car. I was left to make up my own mind. No hounding phone calls either.
The guy Help put on my tire ...25 min tops 25 $ later....so easy ..ivshould of done it sooner...
Great customer service. Eric offered helpful advice towards financing, was super available for texting communications, drove the car to me for a test drive, and had all the paperwork and license plates ready for me before I showed up to pick up the car. My husband and I felt very comfortable dealing with his service.
If you are looking for a used car E’s Wheels is the place to go! We were very skeptical about conducting business with little home town dealer, but Eric exceeded all are expectations. There was no pressure, Eric let us look at the car and test drive it and he was not breathing down our backs. The whole transaction went very smoothly. Definitely worth the trip! My family and I were looking for a lower mileage SUV in the Albany area. After coming up short we decided to take a drive up North to E’s ... WAY worth it. Easily the cleanest cars we saw anywhere. Eric was totally non-pressure and had full service records for all his cars. For a small town car lot, they deliver big time. Highly recommend!
