Unsatisfactory Service Unprofessional, unreliable! I was scheduled for an appointment at 7pm and when I arrived the salon was closed. I did not receive a phone call from the salon stating their reason for not showing up to my appointment. I would not advise anyone go to E's Urban Hair. I??m extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service.
Wow! Fun, friendly and fantastic stylists! I like fun. I like funky. I like to be treated well. E's Urban Hair is all that and more! The decor is eye-popping, unique and interesting. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I go to Sarah Whitesell and she is simply amazing. Awesome decor and great staff I went here to have my dreadlocks chopped off and she did a GREAT job! She spent 2.5 hours on my hair and I left a new woman. Instead of just chopping it off and giving me a pixie cut, she preserved as much length as possible and spent over an hour combing out the knots. I returned later to get my hair colored and she did an average job. My roots didn't match the rest of the color perfectly, but I was still pleased. I LOVE how they decorate for Christmas! love this place This is a good place to get nice haircut.I go there because I get personal service and good advice from them.The store is clean and price is good.The staff is friendly and will always listen to you about your idea of hairstyle.Also you can get great hair product information which is suitable for you.
personal service i like going to es urban because of the personal service that i get from her. they have a great place where you can go to and get great hair cuts. she gives me good hair maintenence tips and at the same time does a very good job cutting it. well maintained and clean hair store.
Best in Class Sherie Hayes gives the perfect haircut and styling. She is one a handful of stylists who will listen to what you want your hair to look like. She will certainly give recommendations, but the customer prevails. She is not a bargain but is well worth the cost of her services.
