My daughter purchased a car from him (Mike) she has made every single payment paid it off and getting a run around for a title .cause he is the lien holder on it . He has told us he was sending email and never has made a trip all the way to Roanoke to get the title he wasn’t there called me stated he would meet at dmv the following day still nothing but broken promises to get the title to us . We have contacted the dmv dealer and they said they would be investigating and probably send to dmv police to get it taken care of
have yet to receive my title after months of asking for it so i can get new tags.
I give minus 10 stars. These people will sell you a car that should have been totalled. No way they didn't know about it. Do not do business with them at all.
