I had the worst experience at this salon. I arrived for my 4:30 PM appointment, but didn't get started on until 7 PM I was so excited and had my day cleared so I stayed. The salon was severely understaffed, with only one stylist juggling four clients simultaneously. To make matters worse, the bathroom had no working lights, which was a safety hazard.
