I joined EōS Fitness on Keith Harrow and Hwy 6 about four months ago because I was beginning a health and fitness journey and wanted something different from a traditional gym. I was looking for a supportive, family-like environment where my husband and I could work toward our fitness goals together. I was convinced to purchase personal training sessions, but unfortunately, after my second session, I lost my ability to walk and had to seek medical care. Great gym! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the facility is always clean, and there’s a great selection of equipment. The atmosphere is comfortable and motivating. Definitely a great place to work out—highly recommend!
My favorite EOS it’s not over crowded. The staff greet you when you come and also when you leave! Always clean!! I drive 25 min to come here.
