Hands Down, one of the poorest experiences I've ever had dealing with any company. Fraudulently charged me a $100 and I've reached out over 10 times to resolve with no resolution. Called the front desk and left messages a slew of times until someone finally returned my call. They verified they tried to charge the card over 10 times and fraudulently obtained my new card # when I had changed it and never provided it to EOS Fitness. I am really disappointed about the personal training session my friend and I had. Our experience with the trainer, PAT, was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. He looks unwilling to help us, pointed at us while speaking, and did not give clear instructions. When we asked for help with equipment, he told us to “look at others and you will know how to do,” which is not appropriate guidance from a trainer. If you want to cancel your personal training contract good luck. They told me you have to go through the email process from when you do your contract. I never got that email and I’ve been trying to explain that to them and they will give you the runaround for a month. Say that he’ll call you back. Never call us back he leaves early on Fridays.
