I just joined this gym and I am about to file a complaint on them with Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs, they are liars and Con Artist, they do not give it to you straight and leave out details like fees and payments and I am not the one to play with ,with my earnings. One staff member OFFERED to help me with some exercises for upper body, we worked out about 15 maybe 20 minutes, then took me to speak to someone about other exercises I can do to work on the upper body and then tried to charge me 50 bucks, I told ... read more
Great place with excellent amenities, friendly staff, and skilled trainers, plus a movie theater to enjoy while working out. However, the EOS app could use some improvement, and the restrooms should be cleaner and better maintained. On the upside, the amenities here are among the best I’ve experienced.
Whatever you do, do not get personal training here. The trainers are unprofessional and uneducated. No one here is actually a good teacher. They’re all just there for cash grabs. So if you want to water money and not get fit the sign up. Also if you sign up for training you’re locked in forever. They will never release your contract. Been going back and forth with the Manger about this and still no resolution. How is it that a business can continue to charge you without getting a service. Crazy business practices here.
Good clean gym. Friendly service. Gets pretty busy but not crazy.
