I’ve been coming since the gym opened. I have the highest membership and used to have personal training. When they opened, it was AMAZING. The quality has gone down. Lamar, Josh and the original staff were great. My trainers Cranston and Rob were also great. The staff they have now, NOPE! Unprofessional and downright rude. Weird experience from start to finish. Tried to get a day pass and was told I “live too far,” which makes no sense. Felt pushed into a membership without even being able to try the gym. Cancellation was rushed, and fees weren’t clearly explained upfront. Even after bringing it up, most charges still applied despite barely using the membership. Overall felt impersonal, pushy, and not transparent. They need a new staff immediately.

You’re gonna want to sit down for this. I was looking to join a second gym as my current gym is not open on Sundays, so I was interested in joining EOS and saw that they had a 7 day trial. I signed up, put in my information, zip code, name etc. I ended up signing both my mom and I up as we tend to go to the gym together. On Sunday 4/26 I went by myself to check it out.
