I did contact you, Ms. District Manager, explaining the issue clearly, and you have not replied - three weeks on.
EOS cancelling policy is near impossible to get out of the contract, my wife notified the gym regarding our relocation and requested cancelling our account in June 24 to make sure our account will be cancelled by the time we left July 24th, in July and August our account was charged again and when I came to the gym and requested and official letter confirming that my account is closed and will no longer charged they responded that they can only show me ticket number confirming that it was cancelled
