Nice staff something is always broken though
Gym with the necessary facilities but terrible customer service when it comes to canceling a membership. I do not recommend EOS Fitness at all. When trying to cancel my membership and take down the information of the staff assisting you, they don’t know how to communicate properly or provide information about your own account. They sent me to the personal trainer to cancel the membership, and he gave me a phone number to call, but no one answers (I tried multiple times). EOS Fitness is a 10/10 for me! I’ve been coming here since before they officially opened, and I’ve loved watching it grow. The facility is huge, clean, and has so much equipment that even on busy days, I can still get my workout in without feeling like I’m waiting forever. They have multiple workout areas, classes, trainers, a daycare, 24/7 access, a hot pool, cold pool, sauna, locker room saunas, and even a relaxation room, which is such a nice touch.
