It has now been over one month (4 weeks) that the sauna has been out of service. This issue should not take this long to resolve. For a gym that members pay monthly for, this is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service and facility maintenance. Members should not have to wait over a month for an amenity to be repaired with little to no communication or updates.
Ashton is super positive, helpful and encouraging. Ashley has been so awesome to get to know and learn from ,highly recommended her for a personal trainer. Also Gabe & Jayvon have been helpful and kind too. Great place to workout.
Told them to discontinue membership which I did not want. Some how I just got a bill for $1200.00. Went one time. Haven't been there since November. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
This message is for the president of EOS Arizona. As a multi-million dollar company, why is your sauna always down? Seriously it’s been down twice in six months and to get it repair takes weeks and even months. Maybe you should slow down with building an empire of gyms and focus on the little things that actually attribute to people signing up in the first place.
