Horrible customer service! I was charged 2 membership fees in one year. Emailed multiple times with no response. No way to cancel on the app. When you go in, you are ignored if you have a billing question. Same thing happened to my friend. Avoid this gym at all costs! They are scammers. Also, most workout equipment is broken and out of service. The upgraded massage chairs usually have 1-2 working out of the 6 that are available.
I paid for the basic membership fee, and 3 weeks later they want to charge almost $100 for the "annual fee". I haven't even been here for a MONTH yet! They want me to pay the fee just to cancel. And the facility is so small, I can never do the routine I actually want. Going back to Fitness Connection.
