Great gym! But the best time to go is between 6-8:30am, after that it gets packed. And several people have the audacity to claim several stations at one time! Some machines feel harder than normal, maybe need grease? But wonderful gym and equipment.
just want to give a huge shoutout to Leslie at EOS fitness ! Every time I walk in, her energy is contagious and her professionalism is top-tier. She goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome, supported, and motivated. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your fitness journey like they do. I am actually pretty upset about my experience here. Gym is fine. I don't expect everything to be perfect especially with the amount of people that attend this location. My issue is that EOS charged my account twice last month. I called to get the second charge refunded and its been over 15 days and nothing. When you call you get sent to a third party, off shore office to deal with this refund and clearly the lines aren't connecting. Been a member for over 1 year, and over the last 5-6 months, I'm seeing a decline in cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Dumbbells are left lying around throughout the entire gym daily. It's not uncommon to walk up to the rack and see it empty, only to find dumbbells scattered throughout the first and second floors. Employees do not pick up anything.
