1 star Went to EOS Fitness today 8/13/26 using my Wellhub membership like I always do. Scanned my barcode at the entrance with no issue. A young male employee then ran after me, stopped me, and told me I needed a membership there. He made me go back to the front desk where multiple staff members gathered around the computer. . I recently moved to Conroe and inquired about moving locations from the Spring to Conroe location. I called the gym multiple times to inquire, and was hung up on and redirected to come visit in person. When I came into the gym I was greeted by a young blonde girl who appeared to be management. I asked about transferring to the Conroe location. She was extremely short, rude, and unhelpful.
