This is the worst gym ever !!!! If you like everything scattered or just plain missing. This is your gym.
Great gym the pool is pretty big and great kid club my kids love it! Best customer service I’ve ever had in a while!
James was extremely rude,dismissive, and doesn't stand by the EOS mission. I was interested in one of the Ab machines. I seen James coming from men's locker room. I seen he was help a man on smart machines.. being mindful of that. I started "Excuse me can I ask a quick question ??? " he said "NO" I'm help someone. My question would have required a 30 second response 🤔. I was trying to prevent injury. James was absolutely NO HELP.
Horrible service they forced me to leave just because I had a certain type of shoe and they were not polite when telling me horrible service I am canceling my membership immediately
I toured this gym and felt pressured to sign up for a membership rather than take advantage of the 7 day free pass. I was happy to sign up but what I didn’t appreciate was paying for a sign on fee— I signed up in person and felt taken advantage of. The woman who helped me, Alessia, charged me a sign on fee of $25 (and she acted like she gave me a discount) even though it was $1 if I signed up in the app. Not a great first impression, so definitely sign up online/in app. Overall, it’s a good value gym, but extremely crowded d... read more
