I recently had a very negative interaction with a staff member, which made it clear that this location prioritizes sales and marketing over actual member experience. While some of the staff are friendly and the equipment is decent, there are several ongoing issues. The cleaning setup is inefficient: oversized paper towel rolls and spray bottles disrupt workouts. The staff are really nice but the music is always too loud and the locker room, specifically the showers and toilets aren’t up to standard.
