The worst gym. Don't go here. I used to work here and know for a fact they don't treat their pools or disenfect
These guys are amazing, clean facility. Great staff, and a stand up district manager that stood up for me during a billing dispute.
The sauna has been broken for months. The other “working” sauna doesn’t get very hot. The outside workout zone has never been open so there is no basketball court. Barely any staff to help assist with issues. Multiple massage chairs are broken. I’m paying for the top membership but can’t use half the amenities I pay for. This place is making me consider moving to Vasa.
EOS Stretch Lab in Sandy scammed me. I was told I had 8 sessions, but they charged me for 40 I never agreed to. They refused to fix it and claimed I had no proof. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of and robbed. Beware.
I came into EOS in 2023 for a trial, I canceled before the trial ended but they kept charging me, a few months later I caught it and asked them to cancel and refund me. They never did and charged me every month since. The workers here were very nice and tried to help me today, but corporate does not give them the tools to help someone like me.
