Update: Two days after I left a bad review the second sauna was working again. Maybe just coincidence, maybe it was my review. Either way, you guys are great! Changing to 5 stars!!!! I really like the gym and so do a lot of other people. It is always packed whatever time of the day 7 days a week. With that said, the two available saunas are already not enough to accommodate for all the traffic during the high times. They are ok during the not so busy times. Do not trust the promos here. People who work at this gym will deliberately lie to get you to sign up. I should’ve known better. They were running a promo in November, $1 until the end of January. The person who signed me up said I’d only pay $1, and I just had to cancel before Jan 23 and I wouldn’t be charged the annual fee until then. He said it multiple times at signup. I signed up to try the free 7 day trial pass. I was being helped by a very nice young man and the some random guy who “isn't on shift” came and took over just to rudely say we had to leave or buy a 40 dollar protein jug to get into the gym. I said I’ve never been to this gym and wanted to try it out but he rudely turned me and my sister away for what reason? Never coming to this gym again. Especially because this boy wasn’t even working and made us leave.
