The gym is neglected by the cleaning staff. Its a nice space but It’s a dirty place even the machines are not clean at all.

Gym itself is nice but staff is not great. I was misinformed about due dates and costs to get me to rush into a membership I could have signed up for at a later date or at another gym. There is no personability with the staff, and I was led to believe during the initial interaction that all of my questions and concerns were handled carefully. The guy working the front desk on August 18 at 5:00PM needs a new job, he was very rude and unhelpful. He told me “you have a iPhone, figure it out”, when I asked how to create a new account for their app.

Very frustrating experience at EOS Fitness in Coral Springs. I had just gotten off work and only had about an hour before dinner, so I stopped here hoping to get a quick workout in. I pay for my membership every single month—around $30–$35—and my account is fully paid and active. When I arrived, I was told I could not enter unless I downloaded their new app. I explained that I was in a rush, but I still had to stand there downloading it.
